Fries, Broccoli, Cucumber and Spiced Pork with Red Peppers & Onions. I marinated the pork in cumin pdr, coriander pdr (seeds of the cilantro plant), lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika. Then shallow fried the pork and deglazed the pan with the onions and red peppers.
